Assemble All Install sent a contractor out to install 4 security cameras on existing wires for us. They did a good job and worked with us to make adjustments. The job took 2 hours.

My company had a planned installation on 8/29/17 between 2p-5p that I set up, but no one showed up during this time frame. I tried to call before the service was supposed to happen with no answer from Assemble All Install, and tried to contact them through phone, the Thumbtack service, and email. No answer as of yet from the company. Update 8/30/17: Elie touched base with me and came in to complete our art installation. He was very professional and did a great job with our art, and on top of that gave my company a 15% discount because of the error from the day before. I would highly recommend their service, and I appreciate how they handled the previous error in a competent and customer-focused way.

Very easy process - seamless handoff from Thumbtack to Assemble All Install. Ivan texted me 20 minutes before he arrived, and was within the 3 hour window we scheduled. He understood my goals, and recommended a few options. When I was pushing for a second outlet to hide the cables, he proposed an alternative that was about $150 less. He's definitely looking out for the customer, and not trying to earn a quick buck. The final mount looks great, hides all the cables, and is sturdy. Special note about a clever solution: I had a particular need to both center the TV and not cover a wall switch to my patio. Ivan figured out a clever way to do this while maintaining a flushmount - he made the mount slidable. So, the TV is centered most of the time and looks great. When I have guests outside at night, I can slide the TV to easily access the switch.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cable Concealment for TV mounting has 2 different packages $45 is the basic concealment for low voltage wires. cable concealment with a power outlet behind the TV is $129 as long as there is an outlet within 4 feet of desired mounting area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take down your info or you book us on our website choosing your preferred days and times. We provide you with a 2-3 hour window of when the professional should arrive, and an automated text from the professional 20 mins prior to arrival.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Assemble All Install Pros have at least a 3-5 years experience in home improvements and have demonstrated a number of tasks before being sent out on jobs.
