We used Josh to cater a high-end wine dinner for 10 people. The dinner involved matching food with wines from the 80s, and had a number of logistical challenges including multiple dietary restrictions and very specific timing of when wines would be poured and food served. Josh was extremely communicative and very detail oriented. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and each dish he served was fantastic. Our guests are a hard group to please, and everyone very much enjoyed the meal. I will definitely be using Josh again and I would highly recommend him.

We were very fortunate to work with Chef Josh and his team for our wedding dinner. What a treat it was to have a chef of Josh’s caliber cook for us and our family in our home. From the initial contact Josh was responsive and professional. He planned and prepared an incredible menu that accommodated many restrictive food preferences. He was a pro all the way and braved a winter downpour to make the journey to our remote home in Borrego Springs. He helped us pull off a memorable event and we were thrilled and grateful.

I hired Chef Josh to prepare two dinners on back to back nights for a work event I was hosting. Everything was superb from communication down to the last dish we ate.
