FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advice the customer to always have the contractor to stop by and take a look at the project he is working on. He needs to measure the door he needs to replace so, there would be no issues at the time of install. In my experience,I've seen customers getting the wrong door or maybe the door he or she is getting is the wrong size. Then the contractor tries to blame the customer for not measuring right. Also the customer needs to see exactly what he is getting. The customer should never have to measure the door and send pictures to no one, if the contractor is interested to do the work, he needs to make an effort to at least meet the customer and shake hand. You know, like the old days.
