- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to be affordable, but to also make sure you're getting great value and quality for your price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with conversation, so I can learn what the customer needs. From there we figure out details, settle timing and pricing and create a mutually agreed upon checklist of shots / video so that we ensure nothing is missed during the event. Edited digital media is sent to the client within 4 business days, normally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an FAA certified sUAS (small Unmanned Aircraft System) pilot, and a photographer and engineer with years of experience.
