I came to Cathy in hopes that she could help me with my social anxiety & my irrational fear of birds. Both of these things severely inhibit my ability to live a full life in South Orange County.
Cathy was so kind & reassuring. Her space is extremely relaxing & instantly put me at ease. She explained the process as well as necessary steps so well, which made everything very enjoyable.

I had a QHHT, past life regression hypnosis session through ZOOM with Cathy. It was amazing! I was skeptical it would work, doing this online, but WOW!! She explains everything so well and seems to really care about her work. She has amazing energy and intuition… I went into the session with hip pain, when I left I had zero pain… if you are trying to decide whether to do a QHHT session, do it! If you are trying to decide about Cathy, don’t hesitate, she knows what she is doing, my life is changed forever after this experience.

I took my son to Cathy when he was in elementary school (now a high schooler) for RTT because he despised drinking water. He did one session with Cathy and then listened to the recording for about a month every night at bedtime. He was able to tolerate the taste of water after about one week, and then by the end of the month, he was drinking a full water bottle a day. Fast forward several years to today, his go-to drink is now water. Mindblowing!
Cathy has a very beuatiful soul. She made us both very comfortable, did not judge and spent a lot of time working with him and on the recording. She is amazing with children, very knowledgable and uniquley gifted. She gets to the root of the issue. There is so much to be said about being in the right head space and perception. Could I have forced my son to drink water, sure, but that would have made things worse. This was such an easy and kind way to help my little guy. I'm so grateful that I was referred to her.
Advice: Believe in the process and follow through with whatever instructions she gives you. My son wanted so badly to enjoy the taste of water that he faithfully committed to listening to the recording every night and would fall asleep to it.
A little bit of effort made a huge impact. Cathy is a very caring and nurturing person. She has a talent for helping people.

What a life changer!! I held off doing a past life regression hypnosis session for a while, as soon as I spoke to Cathy, I knew she was the one. She is patient, intuitive and very skilled with what she does. I highly suggest moving forward with her, your life will never be the same after you work with her.
