Gerson responded to my request for a personal trainer very quickly. He was flexible with my schedule and offered me a reasonable rate that I could afford. I will definitely use Gerson for my personal trainer when I am home during my winter, spring and summer breaks from college to help me condition and keep in shape.I am very happy with the workout program he has set up for me.

    I decided to study about exercise science because at the time i was teaching martial arts and decided that it would be a good match, now i enjoy teaching and training others.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I focus on Clients with weight loss goals and muscle toning. My workouts are intense and fast paced, in order to burn a lot of calories and maximizing time use.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ask about their background and experience, Now in days anyone can say that they are a personal trainer. But do they really understand what makes a personal lose weight or increase muscle mass? Trust a professional who has a Degree in Kinesiology and has a depth understanding of the human body.
