- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a rate for teaching out of my apartment in Concord but I can also travel to piano and voice students all over the Bay Area subject to a distance fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss the opportunity with the client via phone or email, we will correspond and talk about the details, and then move forward from there, whether it's scheduling a trial piano or voice lesson, coaching, or scheduling a wedding, funeral, church service, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Music in Piano Performance from the prestigious University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, and I graduated cum laude in 2012. I worked extensively on music history, music theory, accompaniment, conducting, chamber music, and much more.
