- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ZOOM/PHONE 1. I send you paperwork for you to fill out and then send back to me before the appointment. That allows me to study what is going on with your body and diet. 2. When we meet/talk, we discuss your concerns and I get clarification. 3. We go over your diet and what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I try to match this to your lifestyle - like cooking, not cooking, eating out, etc. I provide specific shopping lists and the best preparation methods. 4. For the 2 hour or in office appointment, we watch videos that explain how the body works and why you need to eat a certain way in order to support it. We also go over handouts that also explain how different body systems operate. 5. We go over specific foods and supplements you need to incorporate into your diet that contain the nutrients that directly address the issues you came in for. 6. You have a follow up every two weeks until you are stable and then the follow-ups become less frequent. 7. Reasonable emails and texts with questions between appointments are welcome. IN-OFFICE 1.
