Introduction: I am not the average tax preparer. I have prepared taxes for over 22 years. I do not only personal income taxes, but corporate, business and rental taxes too. Along with that I do bookkeeping using Quickbooks and Quicken. I was also a computer programmer and in technical support and management for over 15 years. I have been a Realtor since 1985 selling residential and commercial properties. I see my technical jobs like putting a puzzle together. I really enjoy them. Bookkeeping and tax preparation for some reason just come natural to me. As far as being a Realtor...I love helping clients to buy their homes and I like the business end of working with commercial and rental properties. I really care for, advise and help my clients. It's not just a job.

I charge by the forms prepared.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education in tax preparation at the Federal level and the State level every year in order to keep up on the latest changes in my field and in order to renew my license every year. I also attend real estate classes and seminars to keep current in the real estate profession and to keep my license current and active.
