Peter is such a talented Musician.!! His vast knowledge of classical music along with his amazing playlist made him a easy choice when it came to us choosing a guitarist for our wedding ceremony. Peter played both pre ceremonial and ceremonial music for our July Mid afternoon outdoor park wedding ceremony and did so in a tuxedo!! He certainly went above and beyond when he informed us he would learn a classical song that' my wife had always dreamed of playing at her wedding. He added his special touch to the song and just absolutely nailed it. Was absolutely amazing!! We received so many compliments from our guests regarding his professionalism and his music. He is just an overall amazing and talented person. One phone conversation with Peter and he gives you the confidence in knowing whatever the event that he has the skills, talent and experience to make your event a unique and special event. Let me start by saying that Peter was my favorite vendor at my wedding. I first contacted Peter after receiving his reply to my request for a solo guitarist. I listened to his songs on his website and could immediately tell he was the one I wanted to set the tone for my wedding. I received several replies to my Thumbtack inquiry, but no other felt like a true connection. I connected Peter with my girlfriend in Dallas, as she was flying out to marry me and sing as I walked down the aisle. After my girlfriend chatted with Peter she said" He is the one!". Peter came to our rehearsal the day before the wedding and played the song he learned for my wedding and his rendition of Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud. I watched him as he played, and wanted to stand there and dance with my fiancÃ©e all afternoon. The music was so enjoyable, my new husband and I decided to do our first dance at the end of the isle after the recessional at our actual ceremony. The first dance the next day was over the top romantic and felt like we were dancing to a friend's serenade:-) Peter is warm, engaging, cool, gracious and so very talented. The love for his music flows through him to his instrument. I can't say enough about his talent, his spirit and his vibe. My friends and family members say it was the most romantic wedding they have been to and raved about Peter's music and how engaging he was both before and during the ceremony. If I say more..... it will see unreal... but Peter did an extraordinary job and I wanted to express it. I will close by saying I would personally recommend to all of my friends. Thanks Peter!!!! You are AMAZING!!!!

Peter is one-of-a-kind. I can't recommend him high enough. Not only is he a FANTASTIC musician, but he is also very professional (confirming with multiple emails; asked about attire; showed up well before the start time to set up; blended into the evening without drawing a lot of attention to himself, etc.). He is also calm, easy-going, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. If you have the opportunity to hire Peter, then do it, you will be glad you did.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set price for the ceremony because for the most part they will all include 30-45 minutes of music before while the guests are being seated, followed by all the processionals, the bride's entrance. Sometimes I'll have a request to play during the ceremony for the lighting of the candles for example and then of course the final song right after the announcement that the couple is now married. I will continue to play for another 15 minutes or so while the guests are leaving their seats and on the way to cocktails/dinner. If I am asked to play for cocktails/dinner my pricing gets more specific depending on if I have to travel to a different location and of course the duration, usually 2 hours, sometimes only one.
