FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are ala carte. Service prices can and do vary by time of day, venue, level of service(what product), and frequency of services. My level of service is more extensive than that of most of my peers. Remember that you are comparing apples to oranges, not apples to apples.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I view digital video of a potential client prior to our initial meeting. It is foremost, dependent upon a client's wants. We do a framework assessment to better understand a potential client's goals, fitness, and experience. And then, of course, we discuss and formulate an initial, dynamic plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pride myself in being extremely in tune with the evolution of tennis and training methodology. I interact daily within my craft with other trainers of similar experience and passion. I am constantly replenishing my tool set by attending seminars, workshops, and certifications within my field. I am currently doing the coursework to become a certified expert motion analysis technician. I am writing and actively pursuing the requisites to become certified as a USPTA MASTER PROFESSIONAL. My thesis will be on the coming trend toward Dual-Dominant Training for Elite Tennis Athletes. I will then get certified as an International Sports Science Coach at Sanchez - Casales Academy in Spain.
