FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing for me is based on the skill level needed to complete the task. Simple tasks sat at $35.00/hr and go up to $100.00/hr , from say putting together an Ikea shelf or bed to installing handicapped hand rails to electrical work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting and looking at the site or job asking there expectations and seeing it we are looking at the same final result. Giving an estimate and agreeing on pricing and scheduling. I explain that I price on expected time and do not charge extra for my slower approach in my attention to detail ( naval boot camp training ) a very personal trait I try and follow in all jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received an HAA degree in audio installations. Also an ISF for theater alignment. Working hands on in construction since 1980's. Learning to adhere to a higher then minimum requirements standard was an important part of my early teachings, anyone can do the basics but following and doing the best is what I strive for.
