- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we communicate with the client, we can have our testing plan to determine what needs to be done. Full visual inspection using the moisture meter & infrared camera to identify areas more likely to have hidden mold. Air cell testing to measure the number of mold spores in the air, swab testing when there is visible mold. Collect the samples and send them to our third-party laboratory, then you will receive your report in three business days. We will share, provide and advise you of the necessary recommendations that are needed.
