Introduction: Hi neighbors, I'm new to Thumbtack so please bear with me. I am a nationally certified and insured personal trainer located in downtown Burlingame. I have played sports growing up—volleyball, softball, track and field. I have worked in one of the industry’s leading gym, Equinox for over 2 years before going independent as a trainer. My passion is to get people educated, motivated, and inspired, to continue to lead an active lifestyle in and outside the gym. I believe in meeting a client where they are at in their physical abilities, and elevating them to their best versions of themselves whether it’s aesthetic goal or emotional milestone. I work on individuals’ form and technique to get the most out of their workouts. Whether you are a novice at working out or have been doing so for a period of time— I can help guide you to a pain-free, results driven, program that is tailored to your specific goals. I have a private gym studio located in downtown Burlingame next to Washington park. Equipment is all included—cardio machines, rowers, battleropes, weights, kettlebells, squat rack, TRX, cables/bands, benches, pull up bar and etc. You just have to show up with determination and a great attitude. First session is a movement assessment followed by a customized workout. Follow up sessions will build upon a program that will progress you to your goals. Jayne’s work ethic, enthusiasm, and knowledge helped me reach my goals! I was having trouble staying motivated and traditional gyms seemed overwhelming and intimidating. Jayne is an exceptional trainer! She is giving me all the results I want, by listening, being proactive in the work out, and always listening to how my body reacts to things. I think her patience played a huge role in me hitting my goals. If something wasn’t working she’s always quick to change it up and never judges nor makes you feel behind or not good enough. She always encourages and is there for support whenever the workouts get too tough. If you’re looking to hit your goals in any aspect meaning losing weight or trying to gain muscle she’s the perfect trainer for you.

Jayne makes working out fun which is eliminates half the mental battle when putting your body through trauma. She builds well rounded work outs that create muscular balance when safely elevating your fitness to the next level. I would highly recommend giving her a shot. The fastest way to reach a goal is to model someone who has already done it.
