Samantha is very knowledgeable about her field. She’s quick to see any difficulties and smoothly changes to a better version of movement! She’s very patient with someone new to the experience, when that someone(me!) is a little confused about doing things correctly. She adapts her instruction instantly and politely, making it clear in another way. She is encouraging and positive. I feel very fortunate to have her instruction and coaching. I’m already seeing improvement with my physicality, in a very short time. Great results!!

Samantha is an amazing trainer! Her expertise and love of training shows through her effective workouts and her attention to details. Her workouts are challenging and effective, but also enjoyable. She explains the benefit of each exercise, and clearly explains and demonstrates how to perform each exercise correctly. She closely monitors all attendees to ensure each exercise is completed correctly and modifies the exercise if needed.

She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional in communicating the various disciplines, including pilates. She is well-prepared, arriving with a prepared lesson plan for each session and is able to change the routine to accommodate my specific needs.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Online 30min session: $40 Online 1hr session: $80 One hour In-Person Personal Training or Pilates: Single: $150 5 class package: $675 (10% discount) 10 class package: $1200 (20% discount)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with specifying your goals and assessing your current level of fitness. In our first session I'll give you a postural assessment to see where there may be imbalances. If building strength and stability is your main focus then we'll begin with 30mins of pilates mat work, followed by 25mins of weight training an a 5min cool down. If weight loss is your main focus we'll begin with 15mins of cardio followed by 25 mins of pilates mat work, 15 of mins of standing free weights exercises and a 5min cool down.
