Anthony took the time to explain every piece of equipment, he demonstrated exactly how I was to do it and what muscle group it was working. He stayed with me with me the whole time and gave me his complete attention. The gym setting is small and intimate and very clean. It has The old school feeling to it. I love that. Aaron is awesome personal trainer. His session is not only assist training, but also eating habits, way of stretch and so on. These are very helpful for me. I have really enjoyed working with Jackie and her team. Their training method is challenging and fun, and an hour session with them flies by. I am used to doing relatively strenuous weight lifting, cardio, and ballet, and I get a great workout on their program. It also works well for pre-natal, still going strong at 36 weeks!
I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. On the day of my first training session, John had a 4-5 page document prepared that gave me a line item breakdown of my workouts for the next 12 weeks based on my goals. This comprehensive plan also included stretches that help to break up scar tissue that develops from sitting in a chair all day. He also offered to help me with my dieting habits, something that he was currently doing for a handful of other trainees he works with. Joe really works with you to meet your goals. He's knowledgeable about specific training techniques to accelerate fat burn, increase muscle mass and help you achieve a greater you. Though he trains fighting champions like Cain Velasquez, Joe knows how to work with all people. He's developed his own training equipment and unique techniques which makes him stand out above the rest. He also teaches you what he's doing and why it works, which helps you understand what the training means for you. I truly appreciate that level of explanation in my training. Joe will push you hard, but not beyond a level that would demoralize or injure you. Most importantly, Joe is positive and has a great attitude and personality. He's easy to get along with and in the 5 years I've been going to the gym, I can say that we've become friends. I think the results speak the loudest! You will not be disappointed if you do what he recommends.

I've been training with David for about 5 weeks now. I decided to train with David initially because I felt like he listened to my goals and he sounded like he had a lot of experience. He was the first person I interviewed but I remembered that he was the most humble and down to earth, and I had a feeling I'd be comfortable training with him. All the men trainers I interviewed talked to me like I had two brain cells, and I found David to be the most up front and honest. My goal is to lose weight, tone up and to strengthen my left shoulder for outrigger canoeing. So far, I am noticing a huge difference with my left shoulder. Its stronger and it no longer bothers me when I go paddling or perform certain exercises. Its still not 100% in strength but has gotten a lot stronger through training. All our sessions are pretty different and varied. I never know what to expect from David, which is good. I get bored at the gym because I love the outdoors, but David keeps it interesting. David pushes me when he thinks I'm slacking off, which often times, he is mostly right about.... I need someone to push me or I will slack off, which is probably a good reason to hire a trainer. David goes out of his way to make it work for his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. I can tell by the excellent service he provides for his clients. My personal belief is that its important to practice what you preach, and David is a trainer that is in great physical condition, and knows what he is doing. I personally did not want to hire a personal trainer at the local gym that looked like they needed training themselves... I highly recommend David as a personal trainer. Due to his diverse background, I believe he would be a great fit for many.

I trained and took High Intensity Interval Training with Cassie for over three years and she is, simply put, amazing. She motivates you to push yourself but is careful not to let you overdo anything so that you put yourself at risk for injury. She provides excellent training and nutritional advice as well. Cassie is the best!!
Like a lot of folks, I’ve been trying to balance a busy schedule and spend a lot of hours during the day sitting in front of a computer. I came to Vince looking for help with conditioning and was curious about martial arts. I was also feeling rather nervous and shy about training. My observations so far: Vince listens carefully and knows how to ask questions that get right to the heart of the matter. He’s a rare combination of technical expertise and emotional intelligence, and more importantly a down-to-earth personable coach. He has the ability to drive the big picture (reminding me of goals) while at the same time paying attention to an amazing amount of detail (proper technique training). I absolutely love pad training with him (it caught me off guard how quickly it gets my heart rate going) and he mixes in TRX and Boot Camp elements into our training sessions to keep me engaged. I couldn’t be more pleased with our sessions and look forward to continuing with him. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to feel empowered and experience the benefits of a seasoned coach.
It takes a certain caliber of trainer to be able to deal with my resistance. Jason is one of those few individuals that has been able to get me to preform even admits An exorbitant amount of bitching. He has and amazing personality and his sessions Will save you a tone of money on therapy. Not only am I more physically fit my mental well-being has vastly improved as well. Offers a ton of fitness knowledge and makes totally Achievable accommodations for more difficult exercises in the beginning. For instance my wrist gives me some pain and he works out a routine that very minimally affects it. I originally signed up for 24 session and have since continued to his group sessions because I recognize the value in his service. Each session brings me closer to where I’ve set my goals. If your looking for someone to help you reach your goals I highly recommend Jason. Amazing gym it is kept very clean which is key to keep me coming. I watch trainer wipe down every machine at the end of our sessions. Top of the line equipment and very functionally placed. They have towels and complementary water which is also a plus because I always forget mine. I totally recommend training There!
Ben is, by far, one of the most professional and dedicated personal trainers I’ve ever met. For starter, he is always punctual and responsive. (Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a personal trainer cancelled on me last minute.) More importantly, Ben is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He actually dedicates his time and energy to tailor personalized workout programs that are not only specifically aim to reach my goals, but also accommodating to my body condition. Throughout each training session, Ben always pays extra attention to my techniques for potential improvements. Furthermore, he always manages to come up with different variations of movements to ensure that I can train in the safest and most effective way possible. I noticed substantially amount of muscle and strength gains after a month of training sessions with him. You honestly cannot go wrong with training with Ben!
I really enjoy working with Herman. He is very engaging during the training. Herman will motivate and push you beyond your limit that you didn't even know you are capable of. He focuses on what your goals and your needs are and adjust the workout or meal prep to help achieve it. He is also very responsive and flexible with my capabilities. He will adjust the workout to my needs, my range of motions, and my injuries. When my wrists are acting up, he will alter the exercise and accommodate to my limitations. Not only is he a personal trainer, he is also a friend who cares about how I'm doing in life. He would check up on me on how my injuries are doing or if I'm sore from the workouts. He'll also give me suggestions on how to alleviate the pain or tells me how to stretch to help my soreness. Overall, I am really satisfied with Herman and I am really seeing results!!
