Working with Jessa has been such a wonderful experience! I hadn't considered private/small group yoga sessions before finding her on Thumbtack but it has really expanded my understanding & interest in the practice. She is incredibly mindful and is always sure to check in with you to make sure you're getting the most out of her instruction. If you have any injuries or soreness she will show you alternative poses and makes sure to keep the sequence challenging enough but still within your ability. It's really cool to practice yoga specifically curated to your level - not like gym yoga or giant "all level" classes. If you're into it, she will also open practice with a short guided meditation to get you grounded, I hadn't had much experience with that before but I've found it to be quite beneficial! Lately I've been going to her new group sessions at the Felton Commons across the street from New Leaf on Highway 9 in Felton and it's a cool small class that is "all level" but it's still intimate enough so you still get the personal attention of a private lesson. I love it! Jessa had been such a gift and she makes me love yoga more all the time :)) do yourself a favor and try her out!
Sierra is an excellent Yoga Instructor!! I have been with her for more than 3 years and she is a extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring Instructor. She ask questions about your health and include poses in the sessions to accommodate each persons particular needs. She also provides options during the class based on an individuals needs, i.e. using a chair for those who have difficulty getting to the floor. She is amazing in her craft!

Margaret is an amazing yoga teacher. She embodies everything you could want in a teacher. She is patient, knowledgeable, and super responsive to students’ needs, whether it’s suggesting alternate poses for injury or fatigue, correcting poses, helping you get a deeper stretch or answering questions about the practice. I love Margaret’s classes. She is alway on-time and it’s fun and relaxing at the same time. I would highly recommend margaret as a teacher.
I have been doing yoga for over a year and a half. At the beginning of my practice I was lucky to meet Denelle. Since my very first yoga class with Denelle I have continued to be her loyal student for several reasons. First, Denelle's class always offers creative poses that tie into an exhilarating flow. Denelle is always punctual starting and ending class on time. She is always cheerful and offers guidance verbally as well as physically. Denelle is amazing at adjusting your body to get it to that perfect yoga form. Denelle always pushing me to work harder and not be afraid to fail in the peak poses. Denelle's playlists are different and varied they mix techno, oldies, rock, rap and mediation music. Her thought out playlists allow every class be unique and exciting. I am so happy to have Denelle in my life and find her to be more than just my yoga teacher she is my friend and mentor. - Jeli
Alia helped me so much! I was only lucky enough to work with her for a few weeks but she helped me so much. I lost 10lbs in that short time and am now obsessed with yoga! My mom worked with her as well and loved her too. I would recommend her to anyone!

Gina took a very personal approach when we started our lessons. I suffered from sciatic pain after a lower back/ spasm injury due to a bulging disk so decided to try yoga to help strengthen my lower back and lessen my pain. She was always prepared with different poses to improve my health. She has a true passion for the practice and helping her patients. Gina was in it for the journey with me and I really appreciated that.
