Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! when I first went to the gym Barbara gave me the complete tour when finished she said she was going to have one of her top senior fitness trainer :). a couple of days before I came in she called me and introduced herself and welcomed me to the gym. told me her schedule and checked mine with hers to make sure that it was good for me. when I finally came in Ronnie was already in session my fault:(, I was a lil late . she came over to me and started to work with me. she's very caring knowledgeable always looking out for me not to hurt myself and such a good hearted person and we're also from the same country!!! how great is that? I really enjoy my sessions with Chris - he’s calm, collected and listens to what you want out of a personal training experience. He’s also really encouraging and constantly challenges you during the session - while always watching and correcting any moves that aren't right. I enjoy the workouts – the time flies by and we have enough rest in between sets that I felt strong and enjoyed my session rather than collapsing in a sweaty heap – but boy, did I feel it the next day! Chris focuses on resistance with me. I would highly recommend Chris.

Lee is an absolutely fantastic trainer! I am one of those people who starts something and quits pretty quickly. I had a baby and was in the worst shape of my life. I was nervous about getting a personal trainer for fear of being judged, not being able to keep up with the work outs, or the age old fear that nothing would change and I'd be stuck the way I am. Lee changed all that for me. Our first session he was easy on me, but still pushed me to do a much as I could. Then we built from there. He encouraged me to not only work out, but change my eating habits for a healthier lifestyle. He was always respectful and got to know me. He figured out just how far he could push me. As a married woman, I appreciated that he asked about my husband and never made me feel uncomfortable. I began feeling better and more confident in myself and my abilities. The only bad part about Lee is that he can't make the 4 hour commute to Memphis to continue training me! Seriously though, extremely professional guy who is dedicated to getting you to where you want to be and helping you to see that you can go further! I highly recommend him to train you no matter what stage you are at in your fitness.
I have recently started training with Eddie, not the first trainer I have had, although definitely the best to date. Finding a personal trainer who makes you feel comfortable enough to reveal your biggest flaws, is most definitely a challenge. Eddie has patience, taking the time to explain and demonstrate in a comprehensive manner what YOU are doing and why. He has a serene demeanor while still being regimented and effective, paying attention to his clients needs and goals. Hands down, he masters the combination of being effective and supportive, not an easy feat but he masters it with grace.

LK Fitness has been a life changing experience for me. 2 years ago I started with LK Fitness and I'm healthier than I have ever been! At 51 this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. Kelly is super professional, educated and experienced in personal training. I would recommend her to any of my closest family and friends.
My focus working with Sean has been injury prevention and functional movement training. He has been realistic with our planning, patient with my progress, and supportive of my goals. I actually met her thru a friend of mine, who was one of her close friends. I had hired several personal trainers but until Mami showed me her own training routines I was never happy. I wanted to get some good toned butt and get rid of my belly fat, after doing her routines for just 4 weeks, I started noticing my body is really rocking hot, and not only me, but all my friends and coworkers noticed the change on my body.
