Eddy is very enthusiastic and resourceful, he's only a little way into our giant project, a play called "Klara Zamenhof", so far but we are all delighted to have him on board. The rest of our team are based in Australia, mostly Sydney, but this has not been a problem for communicating with Eddy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course I do. Offering IT services without taking continuing education seriously could be risky. I must do my homework well, before a customer asks a tech question about new trends in technology I might not be aware of.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Consider provider's experience: number of years in business, previous projects and how they're related to your own, level and amount of information technology tools that the provider can make good use of.
