Today, I worked with Marlene Minster of X-Act Bookkeeping. She was wonderful. She solved all my Quickbooks and accounting issues in just 2 hours. This included working with my accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, running various reports and financial statements. The low price I paid her was more than worth it. I have decided to continue working with Marlene on an ongoing basis.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a complimentary consultation at a location of your choice. Then, if interested in moving forward; together we determine the best plan based on your business needs. All work is completed from my home office unless other arrangements are agreed to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my bachelors degree in business accounting from California State University Fullerton, 1994. I have been employed as a staff accountant, controller, and human resource manager prior to starting my own bookkeeping business in 2009.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always been detail oriented, business minded, and very independent. I knew from a young age that I would run my own business; however, it wasn't until college that I took my first accounting class and quickly realized that was the area of business I was meant to specialize in. I have always been happy with my choice.
