- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to first start out with what they are looking for, see lots of pictures, and offer a full consultation to make sure we understand each other thoroughly, and build a good rapport and trust with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to cosmetology school, completed all necessary training to receive my certification. I also have my California State License for Cosmetology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with it as a little girl hanging out with my mom and grandmother while they got their perms, and color done. Just the setting of a salon intrigued me, to how you can build a family from the amazing women sitting in your chair.
