- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or tour our pet resort. Love us fill out an online application. When we receive your paperwork next For dogs we will call you to schedule an evaluation. Ask for proof on vaccination. Cats After we receive your application we call you and ask for shot records. Since we only have 1 cat room we recommend you call for availability first. Dog owners also should make sure they have time to do an evaluation before wanting boarding and or just doggie daycare.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always check the place out before you leave your dog. Make sure they ask for shot records. Your dogs health and happiness should always come first.
