Amazing experience from start to finish! Chef Meeshell created an awesome menu based on our multiple conversations for my husband's 50th birthday dinner for the two of us. Chef Meeshell was so patient and really took time to learn about our flavor profiles we liked and disliked. She presented creative ideas and options for the progressive menu we created together and she then prepared at our home. To describe her food as delicious is an understatement. Her food was simply amazing! I would highly recommend Chef Meeshell to anyone looking for a great experience and great food.

Cannot say enough good things about Chef Meeshell! We were fortunate to have her prepare a delightful meal at a wonderful VRBO home we rented in Templeton just prior to the COVID 19 shutdown. From planning to execution everything exceeded our expectations. Meeshell takes great pride in every detail and made it so easy to enjoy a great meal with our friends and family. We’ll definitely use her again.

Chef Meeshell cooked dinner in our home for a bachelorette party and it was nothing less than perfect. The bride was gluten-free and she accommodated her food restrictions with no issue. You can really pick and choose your menu and she has several tasty options to choose from. She was very easy to work with, she was highly professional and a lot of fun to chat with in the kitchen. She went above and beyond with the menu, preparation and she left the kitchen in immaculate condition. Highly recommend and will be booking her again for another party.

We were hosting a cocktail party for local political candidates and wanted to do things right - a nice setting with good wine and upscale appetizers. So we turned to Chef Meeshell and she did not let us down. She created fantastic appetizers that we never would have thought of on our own (for example, grilled shrimp in a shot glass filled with soup!), she decorated the table nicely, and she hustled all evening, working hard to keep us all well served. And it didn’t hurt one bit that she was probably the prettiest caterer our guests had ever seen. If you want to ensure your event is a success, I highly recommend you call Chef Meeshell!

It's a pleasure to rave about Chef Meeshell. She has cooked for our family for years -- for weekly drop-offs, and for dinner parties and for big catered affairs. The food is always outstanding and beautifully prepared. When my mother was ill and on a special diet, Meeshell was expert at preparing healthy alternatives that made her condition more enjoyable. It's safe to say our annual holiday party is often attended by friends who always want to know -- if Meeshell is making her lobster mac apps this year -- not to mention the jewel cous cous and the special salmon. They say they are our friends--but they are also fans of Chef Meeshell. And to top it off she is a lovely person, who is a pleasure to have in your home. Our dog loves her too. And last but not least, we eat more healthy meals because of her. It's a win-win-win with Chef Meeshell.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call, then, interviewing in person, I have to be able to connect with my clients and see if we are in alignment. I have to like the people I am cooking for in order to put my love and intent into my work.
