What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60/hour if you train in my studio in Cambria I charge $75/hour if I need to drive to your location I charge $15 for each additional person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by resting in the breath for 2 minutes to center and come into the moment. I begin by asking clients to wave a "magic wand" and tell me their hope/wish/dream/intention. Why are we here? What do you need/want? I do a thorough evaluation and risk stratification. I ask lots of questions, based on my medical knowledge and personal experience. I formulate a plan. I discuss plan with client and get approval and agreement. We start to work plan, progressing and regressing as necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE certified personal fitness trainer for over 15 years. I have a RYT-200 Yoga teacher training. I have been a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapy Aide and most important thousand of hours of personal experience in the gym and on the mat. I have more than just book knowledge... I have experience and wisdom.
