I worked with Yvonne and At Your Service for a wedding that I planned on 4th of July weekend and could not have been more pleased. Yvonne provided both bartending and servers. Leading up to the event Yvonne was accessible and genuinely interested in making sure that everything was perfect for the bride and groom. As the wedding planner, I was to thankful for expertise and attention to detail throughout the process — despite the many updates and changes throughout! I (and the bride) felt completely confident and at ease in Yvonne’s hands. On the day of, the team was incredibly professional and efficient. Any small glitches that inevitably come with planning a big event was handled without any interruption for guests. We had PLENTY of compliments about At Your Service and would highly recommend them for any event!

This was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. I received excellent customer service each time I called with a question(s). Evan is very personable and an fabulous cook. We had the BBQ dinner menu catered for my husband's 50th birthday and it was amazing! The brisket is to die for!! I had so many of our guests ask who catered this party as all the food was scrumptious. Thank you, Evan, and the rest of the staff for making this event perfect! Michael is 5 stars in all aspects. I needed a bartender for my husband's office party. He was easily reachable by text/email with all my questions pre party. Michael even made a special butter rum for one of our signature drinks. Very professional, easy to talk to and engaging to all the guests. During the "down" time he would help toss cups and clean up without me even asking. I already hired him again for our next party. I wish I had met him sooner! He does event planning, flower arrangements, home organization and who knows what else. Hire him for a job well done and someone you can depend on.

Before I give my glowing review of Tiffany, I have to preface the review with a few words so you know that I was in your shoes. Wedding planning sucks and having to stick to a limited budget doesn't it make it easier. As a bride, sometimes you have to cut corners in order to afford simple things (or let's be honest more desired things) for your wedding. Hiring a full service wedding planner, was one of those things that I really wanted, but I knew it would take a huge chunk out of my wedding budget. My wedding was in San Francisco, so it’s not the cheapest city to have your wedding. But after receiving price quotes from full service wedding planners, their prices depressed me (adding unnecessary stress to my wedding budget woes) and when I looked at their packages, I just didn't feel like it was right for me or my budget. I had to take a step back, breathe, and take ownership of wedding planning and face reality. I knew what I’d need to do, to stay on budget. I had big decisions to make as a bride, but I knew I could save a ton, if I planned my own wedding. So I thought “hey I plan many events for my friends, family, and clients all the time, we’ve got about 85-100 guests to invite, why not plan my own wedding, and hire a day of coordinator to save money?" I did just that and when I was in the process of looking for a day of coordinator, my next thought was, "shoot if I hire a day of coordinator, will I overlook something and regret not hiring a full service wedding planner?". With caution, I started to ask for quotes for day of coordinators and realized right away what I needed to do. I put a request up on Thumbtack and the email quotes came rolling in. I was astonished. But I was in a conundrum - every price was competitive, so how does one choose a vendor over the other. All of them had amazing reviews (which put my initial concerns more at ease). I spent a few days emailing back different vendors, asking them questions, reading their reviews, even looking them up on Linkedin! I did some my research and eventually decided on Tiffany Won. Choosing her as the day of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process. 3 pieces of advice if you DIY: First off ladies, have more confidence in your planning abilities and use the resources the internet provides you (there are a ton of wedding checklists and schedules online to help you plan your own wedding, and for inspiration for décor or what not, pinterest was key for me). It might be intimating at first, and the time involved in planning your wedding might feel like an absolute time suck, but trust in yourself and plan your day. No one has a better vision of what you want for your wedding, more than you. Secondly, trust in a day of coordinator like Tiffany to execute on your vision. She's top notch and will be a valuable asset in your planning process. I hired her as my day of coordinator. I was a little anxious, but after I spoke with her on the phone and especially after I met her before my wedding for the 2 hour “pre-wedding meeting”, I could tell that she had plenty of experience in event planning and coordination. Not only does she have experience in wedding planning, but she has extensive experience planning corporate events and conferences, which as you know, could range from hundreds to thousands of attendees. My thought was, if this girl can plan corporate events that are large scale, she will definitely be able to coordinate my smaller scale event. She also asked the right questions before the wedding, which put my concerns at ease, since she is very sharp and it became clear to me, that event planning plays a very familiar story in her head, a story she knows word for word. Thirdly, stick to your budget. If you need to roll up them sleeves and plan your wedding, just do it. But call in some cavalry to take over on the day of your wedding day because you’ll need it. Make sure you go with a pro like Tiffany. I’m pretty detailed oriented. So is she. I thought I had every detail planned, all she has to do is follow the schedule. You know what, she was able to catch holes in my schedule and my planning. She worked with me to double check my wedding schedule and everything – the whole shebang…from pre-wedding day stuff like what time the florist will set up, when will the lighting company get to the venue, advice or a second opinion on wedding décor, suggestions for additional vendors….even ceremony logistics such as where people would stand, the flow of the event, gaps in the vendors schedules…and the wedding reception details like when the band would take their breaks so she can play an ipod or something so background music would play, helping with the mic transition from the emcee to other guest speakers, overseeing food service so there wasn't a huge gap between the appetizers and dinner, making sure I ate, making sure the groom and I did our table rounds to thank our guests for coming, making sure at the end of the evening someone could collect my wedding gifts, etc etc. Tiffany did a phenomenal job at overseeing every tiny detail the day of the wedding! My wedding went smoothly, the guests had a fantastic time, I now have memories that will last a lifetime, and this was all because I had help taking some wedding responsibilities off my shoulders, I'm so glad I hired Tiffany! Tiffany went over and beyond the call of duty and at a very fair price. Whether you hire her as a day of coordinator or hire her for full service wedding planning (or to plan any type of event), do yourself a favor and put her in your top consideration list. I would hire her again if I could. I will certainly be recommending her to my friends and family. And if you hire her, I’m sure you will eventually do the same. Kudos Tiffany for the excellent work! Manya from "Dazzling Streaks" helped me organize a large (close to 100 people) semi-corporate event that we hosted at our house (not so large). It worked out perfectly as she was able to come up with great suggestions that had my own vision and requirements for the event in-focus at all times.. Her personalized service made it a fun event to plan for and at the end of the event, I had super happy and satisfied guests!

We had a few hiccups with our event and had to change venues late in the planning process. This did not phase Matt as a problem in the least and was quick in finding the perfect new venue. Also, our budget did not allow for the anticipated amount for decor. Again, Matt worked his magic and the decor was a complete hit, really tying together our 80s themed Prom Night. Matt stays cool, calm, and collected throughout the whole planning process, which really adds to an overall smooth experience. If you are looking for an event planner, here is your guy!

An associate recommended Rainbow Chefs to provide the food for an event I was planning for a family gathering. I decided to go through with their services. Oh my goodness, I was so, so impressed with Cheri's cooking. I've never, and I mean never, tasted a turkey that was as tender and flavorful as hers. I'm getting hungry right now just thinking of it. She catered our holiday party, and the depth and delight of all her amazing dishes tantalized all the guests. All her dishes we're cooked and baked to perfection. She's a genius in the kitechen, with a down-home, nurturing spirit to boot. I highly recommend Cheri for any catering event you're planning in the future. My client had a last minute corporate event and oddly requested Breakfast Burritos and Smoothies for their morning fare instead of the usual bagels, pastries, and coffee. After calling around and not getting any calls back from other catering places I found Kristine from This Moment. Thank God! They were responsive, professional, and provided our corporate meeting with the delicious start to the morning the client requested. Definitely will be calling Kristine again in the future!

Events By Courtney Ann assisted me in the planning, coordinating and hosting of my Company Picnic and ensuring that the event went smoothly. Her advice and ideas resulted in the nicest picnic outing I could have imagined (not to mention relieving me of the stress associated with putting on a great event for my employers). We had a great turnout, with more than 65 people in attendance. She coordinated with the caterers, organized picnic games and party events and personalized the picnic area with banners, balloons, flowers and more. There were several organized games and races planned and Courtney facilitated in gathering large crowds for the games and making sure everyone had fun. Her timeline for the picnic was perfect. The day was awesome - everyone had a great time and my employers were extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Events By Courtney Ann for any event! Kendra planned 2 baby showers for me and a blessingway. Both were extremely memorable and special. She has an eye for detail and will capture the look you're going for and make it even better. She is reliable, and extremely organized. I had a hard time expressing a vision for what I wanted, but she has a way of connecting with you, getting to know your style and then making it come to life. I am so happy we had Kendra to plan these things for us! Oh and also, if you're kind of all over the place and scatter brained like me, Kendra is your girl! She is super calm nothing stresses her out.

Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions).
