- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off in person quote as we need to see the details of the projects and base off that for amount of time, different techniques and solutions for every job. We could give a rough estimate over the phone or messaging and with address to Goggle earth the job site to get the customer to start thinking of a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get to know them and what they are looking for on the project to make sure they get what they want and are expecting. Make sure the customer is aware of the process so if they have any special requests we can accommodate up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied and trained over the past 20 to 25 years on different techniques and with multiple vendors as I had a staff to cover a lot of the projects that I was managing with over 400K sq. ft. of facility I was responsible for, over 400 banks of solar panels to maintain but also worked with other professionals on project we didn’t have the equipment or training when working in the commercial side. Since 2007 I have taken multiple trainings and seminars to study the best techniques for residential and commercial projects as I branched out to make sure the customer gets the right service and information up front so they know they are getting top notch service on their number one investment! We also teach every field tech on the job and work with a two man team so nothing is ever missed.
