Dynamic Movement Solutions

Introduction: Mission The goal is to get people to move like they did when they were kids and to show people that working out should be fun! I'm teaching strength and control in all ranges of motion. Description Dynamic Movement Solutions is a local company that specializes in teaching group classes using foundational body weight/gymnastic skills. The classes are held either in local gyms or at parks outside. I also teach bimonthly workshops, helping people learn how to practice handstands safely.
