Mold Inspection and Removal
We had a bit of water damage last winter. I didn't take any action at the time and a few months later I could smell and feel mold growing. I partially removed the hardwood floor and there it was. It took us a while but we finally decided to fix the problem. We got a couple of quotes through Thumbtack. We decided to work with these guys and found them to be very professional. They recommended removing the wall panels to verify if mold was growing up there and indeed it was (the other contractor thought it unnecessary). When I'd ask for something it would get addressed without a long argument. The mold tests came back perfect. I do not like working with contractors as a general rule but Denis and Kamil did a great job. Denis really knows his stuff. Five stars.

Denis came the day after my Thumbtack posting to give me an estimate for the work and within days of agreeing to their proposal, the team came to remediate the mold in my home.
