Zion Health helped me to be honest with myself. I learned what worked for me to reach my goals such as a tenacious, encouraging trainer who kept me accountable for trainings. I work best in the morning vs afternoons and with in home training. Zion Health also helps with tips and recommendations for eating habits. Goal settings is broken into reachable increments and setbacks are not life shattering. They reset goals, determine what went wrong, and encourage small tweaks. I've lost 30lbs in 6 months with their coaching and discipline.
I was a bit skeptical about hiring a trainer at first because I felt like I could find my own workouts online or come up with my own ideas. But Top Tier exceeded my expectations. I was set up to meet Ruben from Top Tier. From the first meeting, Ruben showed great professionalism, organization and knowledge. I worked with Ruben for a month and I can tell you that if you want a challenge, accountability and results then Ruben and probably as well other Top Tier trainers is where you want to go. One of the things I like the most was that he worked with my schedule. We worked at a park near my house and he came prepared each time with new workouts. On average in an hour I was burning 700-900 calories per session while building core strength and completing resistance training. I haven't hit my final goal yet but that's kind of hard to lose 25lbs in one month but I'm on my way. I feel better and my clothes are fitting better.
After years and years of wanting to have a personal trainer, I always pushed it off. But something about turning 25 was a wake up call for me. So I made the plunge and did my research and looked into plenty of Personal Trainers but none of them really stood out. It wasn't until using this service and Anthony reaching out to me is a very fast manner that I took the opportunity to meet with him. Let's just say after a quick 15 min phone call and getting to know one another, I was hooked and ready to go. I started my training session on Monday and for someone who really hasn't stepped foot in a GYM or lifted weights, Anthony understands that and works to your level. During the 30 min workout (which felt longer at times haha) he was with me every step of the way, motivating and encouraging me to complete my sets. It has truly been the best investment I have ever made and look forward to accomplishing my goals. You won't go wrong with God's Gym & Anthony as your trainer. This guy knows his stuff!

At age 53, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and osteoporosis of the spine and hips. Following a successful surgery to remove my thyroid, my endocrinologist recommended that I pursue weight and resistance training in conjunction with a year-long course of daily injections to treat my osteoporosis. Since that time, I have felt so incredibly fortunate to have met Jackie Sizemore. John is an amazing personal trainer, he is the type of trainer that makes you feel so good about what you're accomplishing, while at the same time pushing you to excel. I'm the type of person that thrives with positive reinforcement and that's what I get from John, he's also very flexible and able to work with you on scheduling. I was introduced to David by a friend who is training with him. I have had several trainers in the past but was never very comfortable until I started working out with David. He is very soothing in his desire to make the best program for you. Mo is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, a true expert in his field. He's a compassionate, attentive trainer. Be prepared to be pushed outside of your comfort zone during your training sessions. He makes training fun and you'll rarely do the same routine twice. I trained and took High Intensity Interval Training with Cassie for over three years and she is, simply put, amazing. She motivates you to push yourself but is careful not to let you overdo anything so that you put yourself at risk for injury. She provides excellent training and nutritional advice as well. Cassie is the best!!
My friends gave me a visit to Will for my 73rd birthday back in 2015. One of the best presents I have ever received. I decided to continue sessions resulting in big improvements my balance and core strength. I was concerned training would be expensive, but Will’s prices are reasonable. Will made me feel comfortable and not intimidated. Plus, he’s easy to talk to, so sessions go by quickly. He plans out each class to target multiple muscle groups and get some cardio. Starting training with him was one of the BEST things I've ever done for myself. I find him to be a good person, an excellent instructor.

I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough.
