My dryer stopped heating at almost midnight. I got a rapid response with availability and had a technician come out the next day. He was able to diagnose and repair everything quickly. The price was absolutely reasonable for the repair + labor with the peace of mind that a pro is fixing a gas appliance. 👍

The gentlemen arrived promptly and followed Covid-19 protocols. They listened to the history of my refrigerator and assessed the actual issue quickly. They even knew what the previous repair person was trying to do and explained why that was not feasible and could have led to more damage. They gave me a fair quote and birthday It really is my birthday month, no lies here. I agreed to the fair price and they fixed the leak within the refrigerator, defrosting issue, within an hour. Both men were polite, professional, quiet as much as possible, as I was also working from home and taking calls as they worked. I appreciate that they were able to fix my refrigerator quickly and the same day I contacted them. I would and will refer them to anyone else who needs these services and I would and will call them in the future should the need arise. Thank you, gentlemen for the wonderful service. I’m happy not to have to worry about ruined vegetables and having to soak up water in my refrigerator everyday.

    Money comes and go, but having a reliable company that offers an Excellent Customer Service and quality work is priceless

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our service call/diagnostic fee is $50.00 per appliance. We do not charge hourly for service and no extra fees for the appointments during the weekend. After the initial diagnosis is performed, the technician will provide you with the explanation of the repair and the total job estimate/quote for your approval. If you decide to complete the repair, the service call fee will be included in your total job estimate/quote and is not in addition to it. If you decide you do not want to proceed with the repair, then you only pay the service call/diagnostic fee.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our workers have professional education and have licences.
