David Ward has been maintaining our nonprofit's computers and network for 16 years. He is efficient, thorough, and not only keeps us up and running, but safe from viruses, etc. I highly recommend him.Apr 8, 2015
I own a successful retail business for over 12 years. David Ward has been my "computer guy" for that entire time. He shows a caring that is partnered with a great work ethic that is indispensable to our growing business. He always returns my calls quickly and is great at communicating what needs to be done, and then he gets it done! Anyone who hires David will be in good hands.Mar 31, 2015
My computer was dying, ready to be put out of it's misery. David somehow tuned it up and gave me some maintenance tips. I got almost another 2 years out of that computer and I have carried his tips forward with my subsequent computers.Mar 30, 2015
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Long story...ask me when I see you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? You get what you pay for. There is always someone cheaper. How many times have I seen a situation where someone got sold illegal software. Maybe the tech was trying to save them money....but the effect was the same. The customer lost out.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Everything I do usually takes longer than you may think. There are always hurdles to overcome, even when installing something simple. Be patient and let me take care of you.
