- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing simple and transparent. I charge an hourly rate with no hidden fees and no surprise add-ons. You only pay for the labor you need. I also offer bundle discounts for larger jobs and repeat-customer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions about the job; What needs to be moved, the size of the load, and any special items. Once I understand the scope, I provide a clear quote and help plan the safest and most efficient way to complete the move. On the day of the job, I show up on time, prepared with tools, dollies, and moving supplies, and keep the customer updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I have hands-on training in safe lifting techniques, packing, loading, and securing items to protect them during transport. I’ve worked in fast-paced moving environments and have experience handling heavy, delicate, and specialty items.
