Eli did an excellent job re-routing my satellite cable to comply with my HOA requirements. He came prepared for the job at hand and was very professional. I will likely ask him to help me out on some future projects.Sep 29, 2019Verified
Eli has done a variety of handyman jobs for me. From painting the inside of my house, installing overhead garage shelves, mounting my flat screen TV, changing the power outlets, installing light balls in in my vaulted ceilings. He also replace and repaired my sprinkler heads and landscape flood lights. In addition, he repaired the stucco on my house. He does it all. I would highly recommend him do your next handyman job. Fireplace and Chimney Cleaning or Repair
Eli was lovely to work with! He was very responsive and kept us up to date with his ETA. While here, Eli provided us a lot of expert knowledge on our fireplace/chimney to ensure we will have a safe fire burning season. Seems like he knows his stuff even further than just fireplaces so more than happy to have him back for future home projects. Thanks so much, Eli!Oct 17, 2019Verified
Eli is extremely personable and enjoy having him fix up a lot around the houseJul 4, 2019Verified
Eli came right on time, fixed my door and charged me the exact price he had quoted. His price was fair and he seemed to genuinely care about the quality of his work. In addition, he’s a friendly guy. Would hire again!Feb 9, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Standard pricing is simple and comprised of three parts; the service call/fee and an hourly rate to complete the job and lastly is materials at cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically a service call to outline the work and requirements of the job; schedule, materials, supplies. The second part is working to complete the job on schedule and on budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always enjoyed making and fixing things. Woodworking, plumbing, electrical and mechanical hobbies are what taught me the most. Engineering has been my formal training and education, the application of science in the real world.
