My rate is $60 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. I offer fair upfront pricing — no hidden fees. For small jobs, I can also quote a flat price. Discounts available for repeat customers and same-day multiple tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for photos or a short description of the project to give an accurate estimate. Once the job is confirmed, I arrive on time, explain the work plan, and make sure everything is done clean and properly before I leave. My goal is simple — fast communication, fair price, and quality results.

I have years of hands-on experience in home repair, maintenance, and installation. My background includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general handyman services. I’m constantly learning new techniques and codes to provide the best solutions for customers.
