- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's flexible. And I am willing to offer discounts to those in need and returning clients. I would also like to add that I offer complimentary reshoots if the client's rep (agent or manager) did not like the photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with them to see what their goals are, where they are in the process and what kind of photos they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied photography and directing at UCLA.
