Introduction: I am a graphic designer with extensive experience in print, advertising, collateral, book design, packaging, tradeshow graphics, brand development and social media graphics. I combine personal attention, clear communication and thorough research to create and produce effective solutions. Lynn has designed a variety of projects for me over the past 20 years: books (covers and inside pages), brochures, all kinds of marketing materials, websites, manuals, business cards, logos, t-shirts, etc. She is creative and also practical - being sensitive to budget and time constraints. Lynn listens carefully and translates my descriptions and ideas into visual forms. She collaborates and also provides expert ideas and guidance. She rocks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always prepare a written estimate and begin work with a deposit. I help client to meet any specific deadlines they have (tradeshow, business meeting, ad deadline, etc.).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- thoroughly discuss project - prepare estimate - begin work and work to completion via in-person meetings and/or phone, email, and online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- BFA in Desgn, Carnegie-Mellon University, with a Minor in Professional Writing - extensive experience working at and with: ad agencies, design firms, printing companies, corporate clients, small businesses and sole proprietorships
