- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We provide an overview of pricing, scope of work and responsibilities and rates for property management. We then can meet with you at the property for a complimentary walk through and assessment or get details on the property and see if we are the right fit to work together. We then would discuss a rental analysis so you know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We stay in contact with attorneys who specialize in landlord-tenant law, CPAs and accountants and try to take part in as many seminars or workshops that we can!
