I own a Pre School in the City of Azusa, California with an enrolment of 120 students. Ragi Riad was introduced to do our accounting for the year 2016 by my daughter, who is the Director of the school. The Accountant I had before, suddenly fell with a serious illness, and could not perform his accounting work, and was hospitalized. We contacted Ragi and made an immediate appointment to do our accounting work. This work was entrusted to him, and it was amazing to find him how he adviced about the work to be done. This was a tremendous task, as whole years 2016 accounting was not properly done. With his knowledge, on the subject to-gether with his work quality, professionalism, accuracy and punctuality we were able to produce a well done accounting report to be filed with the IRS. Ms. Riccardi is the best! I came to her because I own a small business and have been keeping the books myself since opening about 6 months ago. I wanted to make sure I was on top of everything. I was not. Ms. Riccardi helped me get my books cleaned up and did a superb job with my financial reporting needs and had excellent tax advice for me for 2015. I tend to have high standards when I am paying someone for something I think I can do myself, but Ms. Riccardi met each of my expectations. She is professional, accessible, and knows her field well. Bryant has been a godsend, literally. He is currently helping us with all our accounting needs and we hope to have a long lasting relationship with him. Accountant was not clear of his explanations or his intention. We had a difficult time with communication because of the language differences. He spoke very broken English with a heavy accent. (it was hard for me to understand him). He told me the consultation was free, that is the only reason I was willing to take the meeting. He did not tell me when the consultation changed for being a consult to actual working for me. I never asked him to review my 2017 tax returns, he said he needed to see them to get a clearer idea of what I needed. I received an unexpected bill.
