Brick, concrete, or stone,
I had suffered with TV issues for 4 years with a partial system we inherited in our old new house. I looked on thumbtack for a pro to evaluate. Mr. Silva texted me back immediately with a few questions and we made an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and took one glance at the stack of equipment and knew what was wrong. I have been happy for 3 days! Thank you, Ramon! HIGHLY recommended.Aug 19, 2020Verified
Ramon has been my IT guy for 6 or 7 years. He started by dealing with our satellite TV install and maintenance. Now he keeps out multiple computers updated and running smoothly. Ramon is personable, on time, a tech whiz and completely honest. I recommend him 100%Dec 19, 2019Review from Google

Home Theater System Repair or Service
If we ever have another problem we would absolutely use Mr PCMan!Jul 15, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I can give a flat rate, but most jobs break down to $80/hr.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified Satellite Installer for Hughesnet under my father business (mainly worked from 2015-2018) I am self taught, when it comes to most technology. I have yet to take the C+ test but I have trained 10 UEI Graduates on how to pass it so, what I lack in certificates for computer repair I make up for in experience. As for TV mounting and Home theater I've applied the same principles as I do for computer repair, Honest Practical "Smarter not Harder" work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I went to a computer store when I was 22 (2012) and told the owner I would clean, sale and organize for him if he taught me how to fix computers. I ended up running that store within the year. I left that to work with my father installing Satelite internet for hughesnet, as well as help people with their networking/computer issues. I, for the past two years before the pandemic, have been a home service provider for amazon, installing over 300 tv's and setting up all other types of home tech.
