- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45 for 30 minutes $80 for 60 minutes For new students I require a 50% deposit. When deposit is confirmed, scheduled time and place will also be confirmed. This protects me from last second cancellations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact is made through email. We schedule a time and day to create an online lesson. A few minutes before we start, I send an email with a code to enter the meeting. I require a 50% deposit to confirm date and time. This protects me from last second cancellation. Cancellation: More than 24 hours PLEASE! Less than 24 hour cancellations will forfeit deposit. Stay in touch with me and I will work with you.

BA in Music from SDSU 2001. 30 day emergency teaching credential CA since 2002. 13 years of California Public School substitute teaching. Background checked. Berklee College of Music 1993. Toured internationally and professionally for over 23 years. Over 20 years of private teaching experience. 30 + album credits.
