I rated Mike a 1 because he took advantage of my situation by making shortcuts in the job that we did not discuss, but still getting paid for the hours we agreed upon. He used my materials when he got paid to purchase new materials. A few days after he stated that he finished the job, I discovered that he missed a few items on the list. I asked him to come back to correct some issues. I was addressing the issues, only to have him run out my back door, while I was answering my front door and never finished the corrections. Now he won't call or respond to messages, or own up to the poor quality work. He also did not do his work up to code, and compromised the integrity of my structure. I had to pay someone else to correct his mistakes. Mike is unprofessional, untrustworthy, lacks basic work ethics, morals and values. I feel like I was robbed.

This woman had 2 contractors prior to me refuse to do any work for her due to her obvious mental and emotional disorder.I felt sorry for her and needed the work at the time..unfortunately it was my mistake by taking the job..I completed her project %100 and went back at no charge 2 times..one in which she did not even show up to. nothing was stolen from her and the job was completed to code.unfortunately customers like this will never be happy regardless of what you do for them.
