FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do! Rampart Garage Doors goes against the grain with regards to pricing as well. Since most companies out there employ commissioned-based salespeople, it is typically up to the individual repairing your door to set the price of parts and services. In fact, you could likely call the same company and have multiple technicians within the company bid wildly different numbers. Our trusted technicians are all REQUIRED to use our everyday low fixed price list for both parts and labor to ensure that our customers are getting the best value from our service each and every time, no matter which technician arrives at your door.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing a high level of trust with our customers is always priority number one, especially when dealing with first-time clientele. As with all of our service calls, we first provide a free, no obligation estimate after evaluating your door system. If you’re not 100% sure on how your door functions, we will spend the time with you to educate you on the intricacies of your door system. We feel it’s important for you to see what needs to be replaced and/or adjusted, and most importantly, know why! It’s the old adage, “knowledge is power.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience repairing, replacing and servicing garage doors and related components. We are a licensed contractor with the state of California with the license designation of C-61/D-28 (Doors, Gates and Activating Devices). This designation is required by the state of California for a contractor repairing, replacing or servicing garage doors, gates and operators/motors. We are both insured and bonded as well to do so.
