Introduction: I have spent the majority of my adult years as a sea captain. During this time I endured and survived many storms and perilous situations. I believe that these experiences mixed with my years in business as an entrepreneur have crafted me to be someone that is in a unique situation to help others. When I met James, I just lost about 80 pounds, but I was having problems keeping it sustained. I met him through another friend who said James was very health conscience. After working with James, he showed me that I had some internal issues that was keeping me from sustaining my goal. I was pretty shocked to see what was holding me back-- I wasn't anything I expected! Afterwards I am able to keep my weight without being so extreme and able to relax and be enjoy where I am at!
