Great guy, new his stuff. Called him and he came over the next day, Sunday. ??? "A" gets an A, fixed the lamp. Even saved a lamp I bought, by switching the blub to old housing. Good manners and a fair price. I'd recommend him anytime.

He came into the house and pushed a few buttons. I'm pretty sure he already new that he could not fix the TV. I sent him the tv model and all the information on the TV... He said he research the tv as well before he came. He said to call Samsung to see if its under warranty. The TV is 10 years old... of course Samsung will not cover the part. it took him about 10 min of running test with the remote and he still charged me the $50 to look at the TV.
