Health Awakening Studio

Introduction: We are a collaborative effort of skilled teachers with the desire to bring healthy activity to the community by donation. Our classes include yoga, belly dance, breath work, Pilates, meditation, Pranic Healing clinic, river walks, EFT and more. We offer regular classes of many lineages by donation. There are workshops to inspire and advance your practice. Our trained teachers provide private classes and consults in yoga and more. We host teachers offering classes in healthy movement, education and inspiration to the spirit. We welcome teens, seniors and everyone in between.
