- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, ADT is always giving trainings on products and services and most of our vendors are always ahead of the curve with keeping us trained. I spend a lot of time with my sales teams training them and I enjoy going door to door looking for new customers to please. I also like to get dirty and do installations. Programming a system and making the automations work for my customers is the ultimate payoff
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
ADT was my first "real job" after leaving the military. I had done construction, real estate and a number of other things. The reward of protecting my customers with the #1 security company in America was priceless. when I decided I wanted to open my own business after ten years of working for ADT, I knew i had to open an Authorized ADT Dealership.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common job is home security with either a camera at the front door or a keyless entry lock. Usually our basic system quickly grows as the family adds gadget to do cool things with their ADT Pulse system.
