David is an excellent computer tech. I ran into problems while installing an additional hard drive into my desktop. I didn't make it easy for him, as I purposely was using Win XP. David not only fixed the SATA cord issues, he was able to get missing drivers and install another program. When you are limited to using legacy products instead of Win 10, you really need to know how computers evolved during the last 10 years. I dropped off my desktop last night, and it was ready the next day. I am completely satisfied with David's knowledge and performance! My machine is awesome. Thank you David! I highly recommend him!
