Introduction: Your massage session will take place in the relaxing environment which is in a comfortable, quiet and private room.
Upon arrival, ask your therapist about the techniques he/she uses and, specifically, which therapies would benefit you most. Your therapist will also gladly discuss any general health concerns and the ways in which massage therapy may best help you.
Clients may choose to receive massage therapy disrobing, in private, to their own comfort level. A top sheet is provided, and you are properly draped throughout your session.
A typical full-body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck and shoulders. A light oil will be used to permit your muscles to be treated without causing friction to the skin.

I've been working with Paul for over a year now. His skills as a massage therapist have helped me heal in so many ways. I've got several areas of pain due to arthritis and a neck injury.
