- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have based my pricing on my experience and schooling (for California), but started on the low side from what I have researched. Because I also have college degrees, one being a Bachelor's degree, I am usually compensated more for employment, but I also wanted to give a more competitive price. However I am always willing to negotiate a bit to meet the needs of the particular person needing assistance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new job begins with a learning process especially because each person likes things done a certain way. So I begin by asking what specifically they need done and what or how they need the finished product to be. I want to make sure they get exactly what they're looking for. If necessary I ask for written material stating their processes but this is usually something I take notes on as we speak.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in office settings as well as customer service settings for over 10 years so I have a lot of knowledge of office practices. My Bachelor's is in Business Mgmt also, so I do have a lot of knowledge in Administrative tasks.
