Osbaldo did a great job of installing ceramic porcelain tiles on my kitchen floor. All the work was done in a professional manner and completed on time and within the established price given. I purchased all the materials and Osbaldo helped me pick up the materials and the tile store. I would hire him again to do future work on my house.

So glad I went with Graff's Flooring! Steve does meticulous work, is totally on time, trustworthy, and professional. He made a really good suggestion on what baseboard would look good with my LVT flooring and he was spot on with it, when I would've initially gone with something else. Steve responds to calls promptly, has very fair pricing, and he also left the job site very neat and clean. My floor looks absolutely beautiful and I would hire Steve again in a heartbeat if I had any other flooring to install! You don't find too many contractors of his integrity these days (unfortunately)!

Finding a company we could depend on to do an outstanding job, installing our tile, was extremely important as we were building our custom home that featured a large amount of tile work. I was impressed to learn that this was a family run business with four generations of fine craftsman. We can't thank them enough for helping us create the home of our dreams.

This is our first time use Thumbtack's service to find a contractor. We have a couple of areas in the house need to have tiles installed. We got 3 company showed interest in our project. Two contractors showed up to provide estimates but another one did not follow up through. George was the first one responded to our project and consistently followed up through the project until the end. The project took George two days to complete. He showed up on time and worked very independently and efficiently. He is organized and kept the worksite very clean. The tile work he finished was beautiful. It turns out exactly like the design we handed off to him. I am a project manager working with many fortune 100 firms. When I check work, I tend to look into more details than most people would have. It is a nerve breaking process to bring in someone work on project who you never met when you have high expectation for the quality of work. Thought I will share my personal experience and strongly recommend George for his work. I definitely will bring him back to work on other future projects.

John has worked at our home to from tearing out old carpets and placing laminate flooring throughout our living room and kitchen, to remodeling the fireplace with tile and giving it a unique style. He is very efficient, professional and a hard worker. John made sure that we were satisfied with the job and materials used and talked us through everything so we were aware of final product. I would highly recommend John for any home improvements or simply mounting our television (he did that as well).

Brian of Betlan Construction did an excellent job of updating our very dated 1970’s cabin. The entire interior of the cabin was gutted and replaced with new wallboard, plumbing, doors, cabinets, countertop, flooring and appliances. Although we had a minor problem with one of the sub-contractors, we were very pleased with Brian’s work. He always responded to our messages and questions and was very accommodating as we made changes to the original plan. The contract price for the job was very reasonable and he came in on budget . Although the project took longer than originally scheduled, we are very pleased with the final result and highly recommend Brian and his company for any project.

I met with at least 3 different contractors and I'm glad that I went with World Exteriors. Overall, I was satisfied with their experience, work, professionalism and detailed communication. The new gutters definitely made the house look nicer. The work itself was very neat and well-done. I would recommend this company to anyone. Chris and his installer was absolute best!

The cue less shower came out better than what we were hoping for. We are working with Infinity on plans to remodel our kitchen. We definitely made the right choice hiring a contractor. First: Dennis was present everyday work was done; if he wasn't present all day, he got the workers started and checked in several times, as well as at the end of the day. Second: Dennis and his workers were careful to clean up any mess every day. Third: Dennis presented blueprints of what he planned to do, and discussed them with us. Fourth: when we were unable to find fixtures, Dennis went out of his way to assist us. Be sure you know how much storage you want, and clearly communicate that. My husband and I didn't communicate with one another very well, and I was surprised at the end. I freaked out, but was able to have Dennis replace one cabinet with a larger one. The cabinet Dennis removed is great for storage in our garage. Final assessment: my kitchen is far more than I'd ever dreamed of having: the cabinets are easy to keep clean, the quartz counters/backsplash are marvelous to work on/clean. As with any construction project, things don't always proceed perfectly. We traveled out-of-state for funerals; and there were holidays during which we were happy to have work suspended. In other words: Life happens. I regard Dennis as a reliable, ethical, and skilled contractor. We have just asked to discuss remodeling our master bath with him.

Traditional project delivery involves procuring a designer on one side of your construction project and then a builder on the other. This traditional system is inefficient in that it does not allow any overlap of the Design & Build construction phases of the project so it takes more time. Furthermore there is added risk to having multiple points of responsibility on a construction project.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
